Technically, the mailing list will be a Google Group and you will have the status of Manager.
With this role, you can manage member (add, remove, invite, approve members, change roles to Member or Manager), control content and set some group settings.
You need a Google Account to manage the list (note that you can create a Google Account with any existing email address, it does not need to be a gmail.com email address).
ISCA remains the Owner of the mailing-list.
In your role of Manager, you cannot delete the mailing-list, make another member an owner or change an owner's role nor set permissions to "Owner-only".

You will be informed when the list is created.
To manage the list, you need to login to the Google Groups wit the email address you provided in the request form. Select My groups. You will find the mailing list here and can manage it.
